The Site Festival Open Studios Directory is a high quality full colour 48 page publication produced to publicise Open Studios, organised by SVA. It is an arts directory for the Stroud Valleys District with a shelf life of over a year, so it provides a great space for advertising events, businesses, services or an organisation’s arts programme.

The Site Festival Open Studios Directory:

  • is distributed by a distribution company to over 200 venues in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Bristol, Birmingham, Oxford, Bath and via the SVA database of over 4000 artists, galleries, arts organisation and arts buyers,

  • has a print run of 13,000,

  • available to view online or download.

1/3 page : £160 (or £190 if you would like SVA to set the artwork for you)

1/2 page : £240 (or £270 if you would like SVA to set the artwork for you)

Full page : £410 (or £440 if you would like SVA to set the artwork for you)

Booking and Providing Artwork

Booking deadline: 28th February 2024

Artwork deadline: 27th March 2024

We ask you to book a space in the directory design by the 28th February so that we can plan the layout. Please email site@sva.org.uk to book your space, and let us know what size you would like. We will then confirm your booking and arrange an invoice to be sent to you.

Providing artwork for a Display Advert

To provide preset artwork for the Open Studios Directory please supply artwork with correct dimensions as press quality PDFs. When converting to PDF from InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop please ensure all artwork is with all fonts embedded, no spot colours and resolution set at a minimum of 300 DPI.

Full page adverts require 3mm bleed adding to the edge of documents. All other adverts should be set with no bleed.
